We found them 'accidentally' and it was great. My wife - being Italian, is very picky about 'sauce' and theirs is great....not too sweet and not too tart. A perfect blend with just the right amount of tomato chunks. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and she had the Eggplant Parmigiana - both were excellent and more than adequate portions. Next time we're in Hilton Head, we'll be sure they're one of our dinner stops.

My sister and I come to Hilton Head every year and try to find new places to try. We thought we would try this restaraunt. Wish we had kept looking. The food was not what we expected and although the price was pretty normal for a dinner out on Hilton Head it should have included your bread. Our food was only sup par for the price.....it was nothing to brag about. Our waitress was good at first but when she got a bigger table than the two of us it was like she forgot us. We didn't like the food and didn't like the service so we won't be going back.

Very good Italian food and the service is good. The lady was very good at taking our order, even when we were a large group of 12! Service is fast and food is tasty. Price could be a little cheaper for the portion size but good experience overall.

I have been coming here with my family for many years and each year continues to get better. It makes our vacation to HHI well worth it. The island's best Italian food. The owner's and staff are very friendly and super nice. Early bird specials for average $16 per person with wine +salad + appetizer + main course, CAN'T BEAT IT with excellent food ! love this place. Look forward to it yearly.

Went on our trip this past week. Service was outstanding! I ordered the Chicken Pancetta and it was awesome. My wife ordered the tortellini alla Panna and hers was excellent as well. Would for sure go back again!

Very good italian food. Closest you can get to Jersey or NY Italian food in Hilton Head. Friendly and attentive staff. Balsamic salad dressing was a big hit with our group.

The dining room's new look totally refreshes the place. The service is genial and prompt. Pick a pasta! Any pasta! To die for garlic bread. Pay attention to the specials. They are usually special! Kyla and Elise make everyone extra welcome!

Not our first choice but a very pleasant surprise. Arrived early and took advantage of the early bird specials. I am Italian and grew up eating my Nonna's cooking and this was like eating with family. Bravo.

This place was tucked back from the road and looked quiet when we first arrived for the early bird dinner from 5-5:45. We were allowed in a little early since it was hot out and we had a baby with us. The early bird menu is $16.95 for 3 courses including a glass of house wine. Two of us ordered the early birds and the other three had veal dishes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The back room faces out into a beautiful lush greenery. It was very peaceful. The food was good. There were no complaints.

Stellini is not one of the better Italian restaurants on Hilton Head. Pazzo and Bella Italia, Frankie Bones..so many others are better--and cheaper. We couldn't believe how much we paid for and okay meal. The decor is alittle old too.

Very good Italian at a much better price then other Italian competition on Island. The staff is very friendly especially the owners. I have been many times and have yet to have a bad meal.

I have eaten at Stellinis many years and have liked the food pretty much.I have twice tried their early bird special which has been a huge disappointment .I like early bird dining ,the portions are smaller as is the price. At Stellinis we ordered the veal scallopini marsala .It came with soup a glass of wine and the veal which was smothered in spagetthi. The spaghetti covered the veal which we had to dig to find it .It was tiny no bigger than a silver dollar.I found this outrageous that for $15 you got a tiny piece of veal .Perhaps the thought of receiving wine and soup would soften the blow of so little veal.WELL IT DIDN'T.After going here for over 12 years I have written this restaurant off my list .I like veal and other restaurants provide you with a fair portion ,but not Stellinis .I feel that if a restaurant can insult you with such a miniscule piece of meat ,it doesn't deserve my business ,which is too bad because the food is good.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
